电热系统  Heating system

  金属管状电热元件是一种在金属管中放置连续螺旋电热丝，并且在空隙中充填有良好绝缘性能和导热性能的结晶氧化镁粉。再经过压缩洪干等工艺加工成的电热元件。它具有结构简单、热效率高、机械强度好、安全可靠、安装方便、使用寿命长等特点。被广泛应用于对水、油、酸、碱、硝石槽等的加热以及易熔金属熔化炉、空气电加热器、干燥箱、热压模和隔爆型防爆电加热器等装置中。                         

   The resistance coil is centetered is a metal tube filled with magnesiun oxide as dielectricwith excellent heat transfer and insulation properties,the tubular heater,with simple constroction,high mechanical strenth and efficient,longg service life,is widely used for heating in nitrate tank,water,oil tank.

从形式上分一般分为：

1：防爆电加热器 EX

2：普通电加热器。

从加热介质分一般为：

  订货须知：

 1：元件允许在下列条件下工作：空气湿度不大于95%，无爆炸性气体（指非防爆型）；工作电压不大于额定值的1.1倍,外壳应有有效接地。

 2：加热液体时，有效发热区必须全部浸入液体，不得空烧。加热管表面有水垢或结碳时应该及时清除干净，以免影响发热而缩短寿命。

 3：加热易熔金属或硝盐、碱、沥青、石蜡等应先降低使用电压，待介质溶化后，才能升至额定电压。

 4：加热硝盐时应该有必要的安全措施，预防爆炸事故。

 5：加热空气时元件应该交叉均匀排列，使每只元件都有较好的散热条件，使流过的气体得到充分的加热。必要时增加折流装置。

 6：接线部分应防置在保温层外，避免与腐蚀性、爆炸性、水份接触；引出导线应能长期承受接线部分的温度已经加热负载的电流，接线螺母应紧固。严禁用导线直接绕接在接线柱上，必须用电鼻与接线柱压接！

 7：元件在储存时应放置在干燥处，若因长期储存其绝缘电阻抵于1兆欧时，可在200度左右的烘箱中干燥，或者降低电压通电加热，直至恢复绝缘电阻再正常使用。

1:conditions:air relative humidity should not be more then 95%(no explossive gas) the operating volts should not be  more then 110% rated voltage.

2.when heating liquid,the heating zone of heater should he immersed in liquids.

3.the volts raise qradually till soft metal is melted completely.

4.lt must be consider safe for heating nitrate avoid explosion.

5.keeping excellent heat sink for heating air.

6.keeping terminator in outside of insulation.

7.lf the heater installation is likely to be long delayed,the insulation should not be more than 1M@,Keeping in 200 0C oven orapply low-volts until insulation resistance is satisfactory.
